Regrettably, I have encountered inaccuracies in the simulation results. Specifically, I am observing excessively high equivalent stress values and unexpectedly low force magnitudes. Furthermore, there are challenges related to the interaction between the pin and the PCB. Secondly, there is gap of 2micrometer between pin eye ball arms, due to the presence of a gap in the pin, I incorporated a frictionless contact condition in that specific region.
