I&nbsp; am unable to find exact file as mention on blog.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Link for vertcal detector(https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360042957893-Vertical-photodetector)<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Mentioned step to calcualate response to use this file:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Run the script&nbsp;<span class=\"notes\">vpd_CHARGE_steady_state.lsf<\/span>.
