It appears to be silently crashing when trying to run: no error messages come up, it does not appear in task manager, and I cannot access the Licensing Client Settings, either. Clicking on the icon on the desktop, start menu, or running the .exe file result in the blue loading icon to appear for a moment, only to disappear without anything happening afterwards. Everything looks good on the License Management Center, I see no error messages or anything unusual there. The only thing that I have noticed that has changed were Windows updates, e.g. KB5028951 and KB5029244.
