{"id":30265,"date":"2018-09-02T19:26:56","date_gmt":"2018-09-02T19:26:56","guid":{"rendered":"\/forum\/forums\/topic\/parameters-in-fluent-udf\/"},"modified":"2018-09-02T19:26:56","modified_gmt":"2018-09-02T19:26:56","slug":"parameters-in-fluent-udf","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/parameters-in-fluent-udf\/","title":{"rendered":"Parameters in fluent UDF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello everyone<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m using a UDF to define a developed laminar velocity profile in a pipe as a boundary condition, I create the geometry (2D axisymetric) in design modeler, and defined radius and lenght of the pipe as parameters.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I want to include this geometric parameters in the UDF but I can&#8217;t, because in fluent, I only see the parameters I create in fluent, like the velocity.
