Since then, I couldn&#8217;t open Ansys Electronics Desktop. I&#8217;ve reinstalled Ansys with my friend&#8217;s iso file, just exactly in the way that I did before, but Ansys Electronics Desktop still close unexpectedly once it showed the main page. The rest of the Ansys electromagnetics suite are working.
