However, the results look like this<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"_2-UiOdhyj4wHBv7Rc2FeDr c1cmiB1jfdq4sxidlPDAx\">\n<div class=\"_3Oa0THmZ3f5iZXAQ0hBJ0k _2LjgQiHLCZ9LDbCQx5KaOi \"><a class=\"wp-colorbox-image cboxElement\" href=\"https:\/\/preview.redd.it\/ktm13fx3gohb1.png?width=728&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=d06cb89a9b0b7549816d30b322243ec0337cd1c4\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"_2_tDEnGMLxpM6uOa2kaDB3 ImageBox-image media-element _1XWObl-3b9tPy64oaG6fax\" style=\"display: block;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" src=\"https:\/\/preview.redd.it\/ktm13fx3gohb1.png?width=728&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=d06cb89a9b0b7549816d30b322243ec0337cd1c4\" alt=\"r\/ANSYS - Bolt Force Reaction (FEA vs Analytical Result)\"><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"FJNSiirwoPtG58aeGw2Jx\" style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>Results<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">As we can see, most of the bolts&#8217; reaction forces calculated by Ansys have deviation, with a maximum deviation of 19% compared to the analytical calculation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">What causes these deviations? My colleague is confident with his analytical calculation (I already checked it) and he doesn&#8217;t have experimental data. Does analytical calculation assume the objects to have rigid behaviors? How can I convince my colleague that the FEA model is already modeled correctly?
