I&#8217;m new to Discovery and I&#8217;m trying to run a &#8220;simple&#8221; thermal simulation of our battery with li-ion cells and air cooling.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The model is as follow:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/05\/547_y4ha4mz-0.png\" width=\"2089\"><\/p>\n<p>I have rectangle shapes for the cells that are heating, touching aluminium plates for convection cooling. I created the air volume and inlet \/ outlet for air flow.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The simulation does not work because discovery can&#8217;t define the proper physic on the interface between the heating body and the fluid (faces that are not connected to the aluminium plate ). I assume the configuration of conducting non-slip walls (fluid) and thermal physic is wrong.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The warning:&nbsp;impossible to determine the correct physical configuration to solve.
