However, ITO is not in the electrical materials provided. Is there a material import I would be able to use? Ideally, I would like to model ITO using the Drude model, is this possible? &nbsp;<br \/>Also, is it possible to model material electronic properties in CHARGE, and then import the carrier diffusion results into FDTD to model phase modulation?
