Under the Optics Launcher, I was evaluated for a 1 month lease of OpticStudio, and a file called license.lic was generated. Within this file, I was instructed to copy and paste its contents into the existing license file. This new file contained increments for zos_level1, level2, and level3, however I did not notice that my original license file had these increments already present. Upon reuploading this licence into the license manager, I tried rerunning OpticStudio again but am now told that all licenses are currently being used. When I checked the FlexNet Publisher’s ‘features in use’ section, I noticed that it says “Users of zos_level1: (Error: 1 licenses, unsupported by licensed server)” for the three zos_level entries. I tried a fresh reinstall of everything and reuploaded the original license file, but the license manager seems to have a memory of the modified file, seen within the ansyslmd.lic file under “View FlexNet Licenses” in the license manager, and OpticStudio keeps giving me these errors when trying to run it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-298061","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"acf":[],"custom_fields":[{"0":{"_bbp_subscription":["290829","16547","28439"],"_bbp_author_ip":["23.206.193.146"]," _bbp_last_reply_id":["0"]," _bbp_likes_count":["0"],"_btv_view_count":["6869"],"_bbp_topic_status":["unanswered"],"_bbp_status":["publish"],"_bbp_topic_id":["298061"],"_bbp_forum_id":["27796"],"_bbp_engagement":["16547","28439","290829"],"_bbp_voice_count":["3"],"_bbp_reply_count":["30"],"_bbp_last_reply_id":["310386"],"_bbp_last_active_id":["310386"],"_bbp_last_active_time":["2023-10-06 13:18:22"]},"test":"edwinfernando-cruzaguirreuiowa-edu"}],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics\/298061","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics\/298061\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=298061"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
