In this case, V_i is clearly to be the total volume.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/02-08-2023-1690978287-mceclip4.png\" width=\"192\" height=\"140\"><\/p>\n<p>the volume aveage is blow. Is V_i the total volume also? If so, I do not understand&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/02-08-2023-1690977390-mceclip1.png\" width=\"227\" height=\"75\"><\/p>\n<p>If we consider a variable in phase k in a multiphase problme. Shouldn&#8217;t we consider the phase fraction?
