We aim to have it have it have one intensity response when detecting one gas and another intensity response when detecting another gas. However, the gases have very similar indices of refraction, so we cannot use that method. We plan to add carbon nanotubes in the simulation of our ring resonator. May I ask the following:

1. The graphene material, when made like a cylinder, has the same properties as a carbon nanotube right?

2. What is the best way to do receptor studies? How do I input material properties in MODE and FDTD so that our receptor will only accept one gas but not air for instance? Since materials in MODE and FDTD are like bulk materials with bulk properties.

3. Is there a kind of material that will allow us to study material interactions with a specific gas and another?

Sincerely,

Kent Soria

["post-294819","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry","topic-tag-real-gas-model-1","topic-tag-sensor-1","topic-tag-sprbiosensor-1
[{"0":
277233","2592
23.206.193.154"]," _bbp_last_reply_id":["0"]," _bbp_likes_count":["0
465
unanswered
publish
294819
27833
2592","277233
2
3
295028
295028
2023-07-26 21:40:51
["GET
