Firstly, I thought I could transfer the static results to transient as its initial condition. But then I found that it is not applicable. After surfing the web, I found <a href=\"\/forum\/forums\/topic\/a-transient-analysis-after-a-static-analysis-in-workbench-mechanical-application\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this forume<\/a> and realized that I should define three steps in the transient analysis; The two first steps generate the initial condition for the 3rd step. Thus, I turn off time integration option in step controls for the first two steps to get a static state at the end of the second step.
