I downloaded the .tgz archive (<em>FLUIDSTRUCTURES_2023R1_LINX64.tgz<\/em>) from the &#8220;Downloads&#8221; section of the customer portal. On my CentOS 7 machine, I unpacked the archive and ran <em>sudo .\/INSTALL -silent<\/em>. The installaion completed with some errors that were saved in <em>\/usr\/ansys_inc<\/em>. Here are the contents of my <em>install.err<\/em>, <em>install_licconfig.log<\/em> and <em>install.log<\/em> files:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>install.err:&nbsp;<br \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ansys installation: Wed Jul 12 05:39:38 2023<br \/>Revision: 2023 R1<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; License Manager installation on each machine designated as a license server. &nbsp;These machines may have been specified during this installation or may have been previously specified.<\/p>\n<p>Installation Complete: Wed Jul 12 05:39:38 2023<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>************************************************************************************<\/p>\n<p>My questions are:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>What does the &#8220;unknown error&#8221; in <em>install.err<\/em> mean and why am I getting it?<\/li>\n<li>How do I license my software? At no point during the installaion was I asked to specify my licensing server.
