I&rsquo;m using Ansys Student 2023 R1 Workbench.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/07\/09-07-2023-1688946610-mceclip0.png\"><br \/><!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">Transient thermal solution does not finish with larger number of substeps (about 700 substeps) but model isn&rsquo;t that large (about 50&nbsp;000 nodes). However it works with less substeps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">An message pops up:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">&ldquo;An unknown error occurred during solution.<span>&nbsp; <\/span>Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">But there is no errors in solve.out file.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">Solver stops when evaluates result files. In Solution Information: Temperature -Global Maximum it looks like it&rsquo;s finished:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/07\/09-07-2023-1688946627-mceclip1.png\"><br \/><!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">I tried to Evaluate All Results manually but 2 errors messages pops up:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">&ldquo;The result file C:\\Users\\&#8230;\\dp0\\SYS\\MECH\\file;rth cannot be opened.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">&ldquo;Current result file may not contain requested result data C:\\Users\\&#8230;\\dp0\\SYS\\MECH\\file;rth.
