I have checked some results in the forum, while haven&#8217;t solved it. I have checked the normals of my connections, the contact face did show an abnormal mesh normal which is different from others with arrow down. The contact here is simple with just a plane (solid) and a ball (shell). The mesh I used for the contact is MultiZone shown below. The whole mesh didn&#8217;t see any error, while the solving can&#8217;t proceed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/06\/21-06-2023-1687314613-102916.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/06\/21-06-2023-1687314835-103253.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>I have checked some resources, e.g. ENORM the element below. while it gives me that (Element number 0 is not defined as part of the current model.) Can someone help me with this error?
