I installed PyFluent (for python). My goal is to run a simulation in order to create a plot of the pressure as a function of z in this geometry using PyFluent:

The mesh is created as follows (note that I also want to do this in PyFluent instead of in the Ansys workbench), using an inflation mesh (total thickness, 0.6 mm):

For the simulation, the boundary conditions are as follows:

the model settings are viscous laminar and steady state. the velocity at the inlet is 0.25 m/s. the pressure at the outlet is 0. The fluid must be blood instead of air with a density of 1060 kg/m^3 and a viscosity of 4e-3. I want to run the simulation for 200 iterations. As already said, the output must be a chart of the pressure as a function of the z-coordinate.

Is there someone who can help me do this? Your help is really appreciated.

["post-287961","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry","topic-tag-ansys-cfd-1","topic-tag-fluent","topic-tag-pressure-drop","topic-tag-python
[{"0":
286371","199
23.217.200.46"]," _bbp_last_reply_id":["0"]," _bbp_likes_count":["0
604
1686322349:219953
unanswered
publish
287961
27792
199","286371
2
1
287968
287968
2023-06-09 15:25:51
["GET
