Now it is not functional.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I can no longer save any files. I receive the following error message when attempting to save. I am able to save before I open DesignModeler, but unable to save after opening DM.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6032193\/uploads\/attachments\/56b04a47-194e-4b2c-b7f8-a86d0045bfdd\/57dcd738-0575-4046-8481-a86d004944a2_access-denied-error-message.jpg?width=690&amp;upscale=false\" alt=\"Access Denied Error Message\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I reinstalled 18.2 to try to resolve the issue and also tried installing 18.1. I receive the same error message&nbsp;with 18.1 and am unable to save any files after opening DM.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If I try to access subfolders within .test_files.backup&nbsp;through file explorer I also receive a message that access is denied.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Any help would be greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-28588","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.10 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"description\" content=\"I installed and used the student addition Ansys 18.2 for two approximately 2 weeks.
