The transmission result at the through port consistently exceeds one.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/05\/02-05-2023-1683057936-Picture2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"906\" height=\"400\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I implemented all the solutions given in the post &ldquo;Transmission Results Greater Than One&rdquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/12614264530323\">https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/12614264530323<\/a> , but I could not resolve this issue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Additionally, all the suggestions given in previous posts <a href=\"\/forum\/forums\/topic\/ring-resonatorabout-my-transmission-more-than-1\/\">\/forum\/forums\/topic\/ring-resonatorabout-my-transmission-more-than-1\/<\/a> , such as increasing the simulation time and reducing the auto shutoff, could not still solve the problem. I noted that varFDTD only gave me reliable transmission for the double bus ring resonator.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Is there any reason for the transmission to exceed one in a single bus ring resonator?
