We are trying to create the LSTC_SERVER_INFO file to send to Ansys in order to get new license file. We are using the instructions provided.  However, the file that gets generated is 0 bytes and contains no information.  Here are the instructions we followed.  Please advise.  Thanks, Brian<\/span><\/p>\n

Install the complete LSDYNA package (500MB) which includes the LSTC License Manager<\/p>\n

Download: <\/span>https:\/\/ftp.lstc.com\/user\/pc-dyna\/R111\/smp\/CompleteInstal\/<\/span><\/a><\/span>  <\/span><\/p>\n

User Name: user<\/strong>
Password: computer <\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n
