When the IT department&nbsp;assigned a real subscription license (Discovery Essentials) to the users, the system automatically picks up the trial version instead of the subscription license. This pose a great deal of confusion on their part especially to their management when they saw the expiration date of one month. The IT department is being questioned by the management due to the listed expiration date which confused the management.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> Is there any way to fix this issues. How to assigned real subscription license to user that already has trial. In this case they do not want to use trial license.
