The issue is when double clicking on the icon you see the little blue wheel over the cursor and then nothing loads. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> Things we have tried :- <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Running as Admin&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Clearing all relevant spaceclaim\/ansys&nbsp;data from appdata &gt; user &gt; LOCAL and ROAMING and also looked in other appdata folders and found nothing.<\/li>\n<li>Updated graphics Drivers&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Installed legacy SpaceClaim 2019 and this also has the same issue.<\/li>\n<li>Discovery Live also doesn&#8217;t load<\/li>\n<li>Tried to open from file explorer &#8211;&nbsp;C:Program FilesANSYS Incv201scdm<\/li>\n<li>Tried to open direct from Command prompt<\/li>\n<li>Uninstalling and re-installing&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>resetting PC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Other things do load fine from the spaceclaim installation such as the SpaceClaim viewer application and also the converter.exe&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> User is running Windows 10 and machine specs seem fine. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> Any ideas?
