{"id":254476,"date":"2021-07-27T06:34:43","date_gmt":"2021-07-27T06:34:43","guid":{"rendered":"\/forum\/forums\/topic\/spaceclaim-copy-lines-and-curves-to-a-new-design-leads-to-garbage\/"},"modified":"2022-08-23T07:25:32","modified_gmt":"2022-08-23T07:25:32","slug":"spaceclaim-copy-lines-and-curves-to-a-new-design-leads-to-garbage","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/spaceclaim-copy-lines-and-curves-to-a-new-design-leads-to-garbage\/","title":{"rendered":"Spaceclaim, Copy lines and curves to a new design leads to garbage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-248380\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/discovery\/2021\/07\/273.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1720\" height=\"982\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I used to copy a bunch of curves (&#8220;runners&#8221;) from Spaceclaim for Plastic Injection Simulation (Moldflow Insight) to a new design.\u00a0\u00a0Without doing this moldflow can not recognize the outcoming IGES data the right way.<\/p>\n<p>But this is not possible with Spaceclaim from 2020 (?) due to the fact that every curve seems to be a sketch in it&#8217;s very own coordinate system.<\/p>\n<p>Every time I try to copy and paste the curves to a new design the curves &#8220;explode&#8221;.
