I uninstalled the trial version and installed the version provided from this web page. <\/p>\n<p> Now I have an issue with the excel add-in. As you can see at the screenshots attached the excel-add-in is shown as inactive. In the ribbon tab menue there is no excel mark to check.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> This is strange, because with the trial version this function was available. <\/p>\n<p> Yesterday I uninstalled SpaceClaim and reinstalled it, but there is no difference. <\/p>\n<p> The same thing appears on my second PC. I downloaded the latest version from this Ansys site (<a href=\"\/knowledge\/forums\/topic\/discovery-downloads\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Discovery Downloads &#8211; Knowledge Base &#8211; Ansys Discovery Forum<\/a>), but the Excel-add-in is marked as inactive also. <\/p>\n<p> The installed version on both mashines is: (2021.2.0.06011) (Lizenz-ID: ANSYS-Subscription). <\/p>\n<p> OS is Windows 10 pro and for the second PC Windows 11 pro. <\/p>\n<p> At the moment I do not have any idea what\u2019s going wrong \u2013 do you have any idea how to fix this issue? <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> Best regards <\/p>\n<p> Alex <\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-254170","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry","topic-tag-addin","topic-tag-spaceclaim"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.10 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Hi Support Team After trying out the trial version of SpaceClaim I purchased the software a few days ago.
