{"id":253820,"date":"2021-02-09T11:03:49","date_gmt":"2021-02-09T11:03:49","guid":{"rendered":"\/forum\/forums\/topic\/admin-account-disappeared\/"},"modified":"2022-08-25T07:28:44","modified_gmt":"2022-08-25T07:28:44","slug":"admin-account-disappeared","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/admin-account-disappeared\/","title":{"rendered":"Admin account disappeared?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-250773\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/discovery\/2021\/02\/35.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1386\" height=\"369\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dear,<\/p>\n<p>Last week I did an installation for Ansys Discovery, with activation of the license.<\/p>\n<p>Also on the myaccount.Ansys all was in order, we activated admin account, second tab was available.<\/p>\n<p>I manually linked the license to one pc, and it worked out.<\/p>\n<p>Sc worked well, we imported settings etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Now, when we got myaccount.anys it doesn&#8217;t show tab admin anymore.
