(-15,10032)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\">We have new VM in Apporto that is ruining the latest Ansys 2023r1 suite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The Ansys License Manger is running in lserver-p3 (216.47.143.100). The manager is running ok.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">it uses port 1055 and 2325. Both are opened.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I received this statement from VM users (We have the configuration set with the full domain name and port 1055. We are receiving an error &#8220;ansyslmd: Cannot connect to license server system. (-15,10032)&#8221; so we tried different variations of the configuration such as using the full domain name or IP and trying both ports 1055 and 2325)<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I checked it with our network group and they validate firewall. They have same setting for running one in lserver-p. Which has no error<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I see in the log the Apporto VM is communicating with the manager but they are getting error. The server and port has the listening status.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I&rsquo;m attaching the Ansys Manager log.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Please I need your tech support to look at it and let me know.
