I believe MAT_161 and MAT_162 material models on LS-DYNA were developed with the support or at the request of the Material Science Corporation (MSC). This may be a bit of an unusual question, but I recall reading somewhere that to use these models, especially in a publication setting (such as in a paper), you need to obtain permission from MSC. Is this the case, or are those models free to use without the need of a permission?<\/p>\n
