Hello, <\/p>\n

I have a problem with ansys mechanical, for both Ansys versions 2022 R1 and 2019 R3. Basically, after some time working with mechanical it crashes, but Workbench remains functional. I have tried many proposed solutions, namely: renaming the Ansys folders in C\/user\/appdata, updating the drivers of my video board, updating windows to the latest version, reinstalling the software, replacing the ntdll.dll file with the one from another machine like mine where Ansys was running. None of these works. I have noticed that the crash happens only when loading results, not much when solving the model itself. Mechanical APDL works perfectly instead.<\/p>\n

Below there is a link to the latest dump file written after the crash. maybe some of you are able to read it. I have opened it in windows debugger, but I don’t understand much of it. <\/p>\n
