Our project is work on the DLP printer so the geometry in the simulation is layer by layer method with varying angle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/01\/06-01-2023-1673030357-unnamed.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We have some equations about it.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">1. The relationship of displacement. When we use different values of displacement, the position of fracture is different.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/01\/06-01-2023-1673030384-unnamed (1).png\" alt=\"\"> <strong id=\"docs-internal-guid-3eb205f7-7fff-d222-1dcd-32923c1b7d36\">displacement: 2mm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/01\/06-01-2023-1673030400-unnamed (2).png\" alt=\"\"><strong id=\"docs-internal-guid-96a3f94e-7fff-2541-6f70-2ced4616e3f1\">displacement: 1mm<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2. the difference between explicit material and other material (What is the necessary data for the tensile test?)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We use formlab clear resin in actual printing but we can&#8217;t find out the material in &#8216;Engineering Data&#8217;. There is some catalog of material in the Engineering Data show below.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">. The data of the stain looks weird. The data of the equivalent plastic strain is 0 and the trend line of the equivalent elastic strain is the same as the equivalent stress.
