To define the materials effective dielectric constant and loss tangent, I created two datasets. I entered the value of dielectric constant and loss tangent from 1GHz to 10GHz as shown in Fig1. My simulation is from 0GHz to 64GHz. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">I also tested if dielectric constant and loss tangent is constant after 10GHz, shown in Fig.2. However, the results shown a large variance, shown in Fig3. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">My next hypothesis is that dielectric constant and loss tangent will be linearly increasing\/decreasing after 10GHz as shown in Fig4. However, this simulation took more than two days and HFSS crushed during the simulation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">What will be the behavior of the dielectric constant and loss tangent after 10GHz?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/07\/28-07-2022-1659038436-mceclip0.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/07\/28-07-2022-1659038473-mceclip1.png\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black;border: none windowtext 1.0pt;padding: 0cm\"><br \/><!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Fig1.
