Now I have started doing some Ansys innovation courses and they are very useful for me. However, I am unable to download some files which are in the courses(error screenshot attached) and it redirects me to this page(screenshot attached) where I am asked to do the registration in which I have to add Account Number(Customer Number) which I am unable to find.
