Under normal wall boundary conditons, I can post process normally and find the total force by using reaction forces from .rst files and they generally align with the total drag from the fluent .dat files. <\/p>\n
However, post processing this is quite a problem once I apply porous-jump conditions. The .rst files refuse to open at all, and the drag functions that normally work for wall conditions don't apply to a porous jump condition. I am trying my best to sum the x,y,z force components from the system coupling .case files, but I find that they do not match what the mechanical output file says is transferred between the two. I would really appreciate any help.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-169227","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry","topic-tag-2-way-fsi","topic-tag-ensight","topic-tag-porous-jump-boundary-1","topic-tag-post-processing"],"aioseo_notices":[],"acf":[],"custom_fields":[{"0":{"_btv_view_count":["550"],"_bbp_likes_count":["0"],"_bbp_subscription":["233180","25"],"_bbp_topic_status":["unanswered"],"_bbp_status":["publish"],"_bbp_topic_id":["169227"],"_bbp_forum_id":["27792"],"_bbp_engagement":["25","187257"],"_bbp_voice_count":["2"],"_bbp_reply_count":["1"],"_bbp_last_reply_id":["221695"],"_bbp_last_active_id":["221695"],"_bbp_last_active_time":["2022-07-27 16:15:46"]},"test":"sherrera"}],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics\/169227","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics\/169227\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=169227"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
