The top part is loaded and constrained by body-ground springs. The lower part will use the displacement results of the top part at the interface as loading, and be constrained to the ground. Based on these results, I desire to update the springs' stiffness, and then iterate the process.

My issue is that the current model is using all RAM, and that the model needs refinement in certain areas, which will require more memory. I am familiar with this principle for modal analysis (super elements/Craig-Bampton method), but not in relation to structural analysis.

If this is possible through parametrization, please give me some hints of how to succeed, as I am currently out of ideas, since I am using solid elements.

Thanks in advance.

KR Chris.

["post-168677","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry","topic-tag-static-structural","topic-tag-structural","topic-tag-substructuring-2
[{"0":
1831
0
unanswered
publish
168677
27791
58821","183504
2
4
212379
212379
2022-04-22 10:07:11
["GET
