(transient) <\/p>\n<p>It is mentioned that explicit provides greater accuracy, but this can be sorted out by using a higher order transient formulation with the implicit and thus it should give a comparable accuracy to the explicit. What are the pros and cons of these, when I want to track the interface with time as well ? <\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the geo-reconstruct is mentioned as being favourable for coarse mesh. But it doesn&#039;t say anything about when modified HRIC or Compressive scheme is favourable (the ones present in the implicit scheme).
