I cannot run any simulation in Mechanical.

I get the following error:

An error occurred while starting the solver module. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the Ansys Mechanical User Guide for more information.

I have looked in the Troubleshooting section in the Ansys Mechanical User Guide as advised in the error. The information is as below:

Possible reasons that the solver may fail are: • Insufficient memory – You may not have enough virtual memory assigned to your system. To increase the allocation of virtual memory (total paging file size), go to Settings> Control Panel> System (on your Windows Start Menu). Click the Advanced tab and then click Performance Options. Increase the size of your virtual memory. • Insufficient disk space – You may not have enough disk space to support the increase in virtual memory and the temporary files that are created in the analysis. Be sure you have enough disk space or move to an area where you have enough. • Corrupt product installation • License request rejected • The startup directory for cmd.exe has been overridden by the AUTORUN option and as a result causes the solver to be unable to locate the solver input files.

I cannot see any reason why my simulation will not run. I have enough disk space, I have enough memory, I have used the installation to run the same files before, I have tested the licence and I am lost as to why it wont run. The only information that I don't understand is

"The startup directory for cmd.exe has been overridden by the AUTORUN option and as a result causes the solver to be unable to locate the solver input files"

Does anyone know what this means, or if this may be the reason why the simulation wont solve?

Please help!

Kind regards

["post-167143","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry","topic-tag-error","topic-tag-mechanical","topic-tag-solver-ansys-mechanical-2
[{"0":
15720
0
256547","288643
unanswered
publish
167143
27791
126","18229","182411","288643
4
3
291481
291481
2023-07-04 13:57:28
["GET
