The license server is Windows 2019 and to clients on the local area network everything works. We have clients on another network and have all the firewall rules in place for port 1055, 1056 and 2325. We have created firewall exceptions on the Windows 2019 server to allow the TCP ports as well as allowing the programs:<\/p>\n<p>ansyscl.exe<\/p>\n<p>ansysli_server.exe<\/p>\n<p>ansysli_monitor.exe<\/p>\n<p>ansyslmd.exe<\/p>\n<p>lmgrd.exe<\/p>\n<p>Our remote clients are both on Windows as well as Linux. The windows clients will open an older version of Ansys such as 2021 but it won&#039;t license 2022 R1. The network team says the packet goes to the license server but then it times out and resets the connection. The Linux clients simply don&#039;t work at.
