I got no errors when validating it. I also enabled &quot;Material override&quot; to prevent intersection. <\/p>\n<p>When an average mesh size was selected, the simulation stopped at &quot;Facet Decomposing&quot;. I waited ~20 mins and had to abort the process. Then I changed to the smallest mesh size hoping that it would reduce the simulation time, but got the following error: &quot; Surface mesh generation failed&quot;.
