It is working by transferring data (integrated pressure, displacements etc.) between solvers by multiple so-called coupling iterations.<\/p>\n<p>Recently I discovered, that Fluent itself has an option to use build-in simple structural solver to facilitate FSI simulation. I will use this approach and compare the results with the standard approach described above. However, I do not understand, and I did not found the information in theory guide, on how the intrinsic FSI solver works. I mean, are there any coupling iterations?
