Is it possible that a solid is to thin for sweeping? Im currently running a simulation where I end up with a rectangle which is about 1200mm x 5mm x 0.1mm which I need to mesh. I was under the impression that sweeping would be the right method for this kind of solid but I get this error message in return:<\/p>\n<p>The source and target face areas are dissimilar and therefore unsuitable for thin model sweeping. If the program generated source faces are not desirable, specifying the source faces manually may help.<\/p>\n<p>Of course I&#039;ve checked is the areas are the same. Also I think I&#039;m using the sweeping method in the right way because I&#039;ve been able to mesh other parts with this method.
