This efficiency is defined as the fraction of the incident circularly polarized optical power that is converted to transmitted optical power with opposite helicity.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Here, I used left-handed circularly polarized light as the incident light source to perform S-parameter analysis on the metasurface.
