I think there is something wrong with your Python script.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I would do the process manually without the Python script first. Does it work?&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, I would simplify your Python script to only run LS-DYNA. Are you able to get the results file in the working directory? Then, add complexities later.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;At last, why do you use LS-RUN? Why not use LS-DYNA command lines directly in your Python script? What LS-RUN does is it takes inputs (number of cores, input file location, solver location, etc.) and creates the LS-DYNA command line and sends it to the computer.
