<p>Hi Lito,<\/p><p>According to the “qINTERCONNECT User Guide-Ansys Optics<\/a>” , it mentions that you should “<span style=”color: #169179;”>verify that the version of Python being used is the packaged version.<\/span>” However, I’m unsure what this means in practice. I am connecting to Lumerical via the Python API using the following code:<\/p><p><span style=”background-color: #eccafa;”>import sys<\/span><br><span style=”background-color: #eccafa;”>sys.path.append(“C:\\\\Program Files\\\\Lumerical\\\\v242\\\\api\\\\python\\\\”)<\/span> <br><br><br>And then I use below code :<\/p><p><br><span style=”background-color: #eccafa;”>from qinterconnect.solver import QSolver<\/span><br><br>To connect to QSolver, but I see this error below:<br><br><span style=”color: #000000; background-color: #fbeeb8;”>ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘qinterconnect.solver'<\/span><br><br><\/p><p>I’m unsure how to resolve this issue.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>I’ve already reinstalled the latest versions of Lumerical and QINTERCONNECT, but the issue persists.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>In the meantime, I would appreciate it if you could share any webinars or YouTube links that might help me understand the steps to run examples, such as those in this “Link<\/a>.”<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Bests,<br>Venus<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-393920","reply","type-reply","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t
