The geometry doesn&#8217;t care what the regions will later be assigtned to. At the geometry stage all you are trying to do is fill a domain with tessellating solids and assigning names to them and some of their faces. I can&#8217;t see how that would result in an isolated fluid error in CFX unless you have failed to produce a connected mesh. There is a limit to how much help we can provide through the forum.
