Changing the temp folder did not change any of the behavior, and the logs look the same. Manually installing the prereqs didn&#8217;t cause any changes, and I tried both a .bat file and a vbs script and using the appropriate arguments to run as administrator and those did not help either. All of the log files look the same and there still isn&#8217;t a .err file in c:\\program files\\ansys&lt;\/p&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-392120","reply","type-reply","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.10 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"description\" content=\"None of the above was able to resolve this issue.
