If necessary, you can add another zero or two.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You didn&#8217;t follow the times I laid out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/initial-angular-velocity-in-transient-structural\/\">other discussion<\/a>&nbsp;which I have copied below.&lt;\/p&gt;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Step 1, ramp the Rotational Velocity from 0 to the desired value in 0.9 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Step 2, hold the Rotational Velocity constant for 0.09 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Step 3, Deactivate the Joint Load (unless you want it active) in 0.01 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Step 4, Apply the brakes!<\/li>\n<li>All your braking data will start at t=1.00 seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&lt;p&gt;You are ramping up the rotational velocity in 0.04 seconds. That will cause a large stress in the massive disc.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;When you apply the brakes, you are ramping the force on over 0.01 seconds.
