Unfortunately, I am unable to submit a case in ACSS as I receive the following message when attempting to do so:&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<em>&ldquo;You only have products supported by the following Channel Partner(s). Please reach out directly to the appropriate Channel Partner for support: TAE SUNG Software &amp; Engineering Inc. &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tsne.co.kr\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.tsne.co.kr<\/a> &#8211; <a rel=\"noopener\">systems@tsne.co.kr<\/a> &#8211; +22-1170060.&rdquo;<\/em>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have already contacted the Channel Partner in Korea but have not received a resolution to my issue. They have informed me that they are awaiting a response from ANSYS headquarters in the USA, which has delayed the process further.
