Let&#8217;s assume if you have the Ansys 24R2 version.&nbsp;&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=&#8221;x_elementToProof&#8221;&gt;1. Open a file explorer and type %appdata% in the address bar. Locate the Ansys folder V242 and rename it to V242.old.&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div class=&#8221;x_elementToProof&#8221;&gt;&lt;br&gt;2. Open a file explorer and type %temp% folder.
