If not, there may be a problem with your installation.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you can run a simple cube, then maybe there is a problem with the tutorial model.&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Note that Ansys employees are not allowed to upload and download models from the Ansys Forum.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you are a commercial customer, please create a support case on the Ansys Customer Support Space (ACSS) and we will have a look at the model:&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;customer.ansys.com&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I recommend that you try with LS-DYNA.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Another option for this tutorial would be to use Transient Structural.
