josephgerges010&lt;br&gt;Even after flollowing guidelines (administrator permissions, etc) and trying install more than once,&nbsp; the applicaton doesn&acute;t install propoerly. and there is a install.err file and is not possible to find the application to launch the workbench in the apps list.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;@Rajeshwari Jadhav thanks, I tried the path C:\\Program Files\\ANSYS Inc\\ANSYS Student\\v2xx\\Framework\\bin\\Win64\\RunWB2.exe you mentioned, &lt;br&gt;and you are right,&nbsp; there is an icon there, but doesn&acute;t run the application.&lt;br&gt;theres is an error mesage after running that icon&lt;br&gt;seems
