{"id":381831,"date":"2024-09-08T07:50:54","date_gmt":"2024-09-08T07:50:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/reply\/381831\/"},"modified":"2024-09-08T07:50:54","modified_gmt":"2024-09-08T07:50:54","slug":"381831","status":"publish","type":"reply","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/reply\/381831\/","title":{"rendered":"Reply To: Licensing error"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&lt;p&gt;Hi,&nbsp;&lt;br&gt;After meshing my geometry and when I try to switch up to solution it gives me this error;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Error: Cortex received a fatal signal (SEGMENTATION VIOLATION).&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Error Object: ()&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Even if I write the mesh after meshing and try to open solution individually not through workbench it gives me an error saying;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/09\/08-09-2024-1725781771-mceclip3.png\" \/>I tried reinstalling the software but still it gives me the same error. And I reduced the no.of nodes according to the student license requirements but still its the same.
