The initial simulation is for a single voltage value. You would have to apply a sweep voltage to the base to plot the current-voltage characteristics:&lt;br&gt;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/06\/03-06-2024-1717450581-mceclip0.png\" width=\"673\" height=\"234\" \/>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you are running the code with a single voltage applied to the base then it will throw this out of index error.
